We ship our ABDL products from Thailand to the following countries. Transit times in business days shown in brackets.
USA (7-20), Canada (7-20), Mexico (7-20), EU excl. Germany ( see note below) (7-10), Non-EU European countries (7-10), Japan (7-15),UK(7-10) , Australia (7-15), New Zealand (7-15), , Cambodia (7-15), Vietnam (7-15), Philippines (7-15), Singapore (7-15), UAE (7-15), Israel (7-15), South Africa (7-15). We can ship to Germany by special arrangement-send me a message if you want to order.
Items are shipped using Thailand Post's E-packet service
In practice most goods have a transit time of 7 to 10 days, including USA at aveage10 days.
Preparation time from Order to shipment
Preparation time is generally 2 to 3 business days except made to Order items which are 3 to 5 business days and out of stock items which are approx. 2 weeks to make. Items are shown as out of stock by default but most are actually in stock. Ask if not sure. All Amazon and Etsy shops display prep. time independently.
Lost shipments
A shipment is considered lost within 6o days after shipment and will prompt an investigation to take place with the carrier. A tracking number is always sent to the buyer with every shipment. You can check the number with your local Post Office but allow enough time for the item to be registered in the system.
