Custom and personalized orders

Yes, we welcome any item customization inquiries. If we can personalize your order we will do our best if it's possible. For example we have a small selection of letters that we can fix to the ABDL rompers and onesies or a lovely Teddy bear. Some of our items are made with a padlock to lock the crotch opening or the back zipper in case that appeals to you. We can quote you the cost to make a small modification. Just send us a message.

Sizing details

We aim to give as many measurements as possible. Example would be waist size leg hole circumference , waist, crotch width. Please do not assume that Medium or Large for example is USA size. We find that this is the most common problem. The actual size is displayed on the size chart and description within the item listing. It is these measurements you must check to get your correct size. If you order the wrong size because you didn't check properly that is your responsibility. If we sent you the wrong size from what you ordered, that is our responsibility. We just want you to order the right size and be happy with our product.

Care instructions

Most of our products are made from a, range of different materials such as pvc, polyester, cotton, microfiber, so we, suggest always, washing by hand if possible at a cool temperature

Gift wrapping and packaging

All our items are sent out in a plain plastic envelope for your privacy

Wholesale availability

We are a small team so items are not mass produced. We will soon have about 100 product ranges in various sizes, colors , patterns etc. We update our stock availability as we go along. However, if you want to order just send us a message and we will prioritise that item. Usually we can ship out our orders between one and three business days if you request one of our products that needs to be made.

How long does shipping take

We use Thailand Post because its reasonable on costs and provides a tracking number which we tell you about once we ship. It's reliable and standard delivery takes up to 7 and 10 working days, subject to any Covid 19 delays.

Can I contact you to ask questions about items the shop sells.

Yes, you can message us if you need more details or are requesting some slight variation before we make your order. Our designs try to cater for a range if sizes by using elastic. However, if anybody likes our clothing but feels its slightly too big, it's no problem to modify for a smaller size. We will be happy to do that for you for a small charge. Also, if you see an item on our listing that is sold out, providing we can still access the same fabric, you can pre order without any deposit and we will make specially for you and notify you when it's available. Usually we can do within a week or thereabouts. Finally, if you have something special you would like us to make and it is within our scope, please let us know.

Can I request my own design for something you don't currently advertise

Yes you can contact us for a design request on biglittlecuties@yahoo.com and if we can make it we will list it on ETSY for you.

How is the parcel wrapped?

Our items are sent you and wrapped in plain discreet packaging

Listing is sold out

What if your listing is sold out and I want to order?
Contact me in Etsy internal messenger and request which listing and which option you want to order. I will show one as reserved in your name. Providing it's a standard color and size we can make and ship within 2 days of you paying and ordering. If you want to modify you need to contact me and request a Made to Order garment. See separate FAQ for that.

Custom and personalised orders

Made to Order requests........
Contact me on Etsy internal messenger. Tell me basically what you need. I will say if it's possible or not. Assuming it's possible, I will send you a Made to Measure request form. You will need to fill in and return with all relevant details completed. I will assess costs and send you a quote. If you accept the quote, I will create a special listing for you and send you the link to order and buy. For these items we will make and ship no longer than 3-5 business working days. We do not accept modifications once you've ordered. We do not accept cancellations or returns. The quote will be basically the cost of time to design/create a new template plus time to make it plus the cost of materials plus the shipping cost.

Cancellation and return

Can I cancel or return>
Basically no returns because of hygiene. We cannot resell items we make to another customer. You can cancel within 12 hours if ordering if you made a, mistake and then re-order correctly

Shipping time to destination

My order hasn't arrived yet...
Please check the transit time stated on the listing for your country. If the order has not arrived after 30 working days please contact your local Post Office and quote the tracking number we gave you. If they say it is not in their system please request a written official document from them stating the tracking number has never arrived with them, send to me and will offer you a free replacement or a full refund.

Sizing details

My item does not fit...
It is your responsibility to check the size chart. Do not assume because its called M or L for example that it means standard UK or USA size for example. We ship internationally so the only thing to pay attention to is the actual sizes in Inches on the Size Chart found on every item listed. If you don't check and it doesn't fit we cannot be responsible. There are also size details in every item description. Most item listings show a, header saying not to order before checking the Size Chart

Discounts

Can I get a discount?
Generally no. Except if the shipping shows 2nd 3rd item etc is discounted for shipping costs. Also, every buyer will receive a ten percent discount code when they receive their item. That means once you've bought from us the first time, every subsequent order will have a ten percent loyalty discount from future orders.

Why is my item tracking number not showing up yet.

Please remember these items are shipped internationally. Almost all items will be shipped from outside your country. I'm each listing it will estimate the number of working days to allow from time of shipment to arrival. You will receive, a, tracking number whrmen shipped and you can check with your local Post Office online. But you have to allow sufficient time for the item to be flown to your county, go through Customs and into your country's system before it will be found on online tracking. Basically please allow sufficient time before trying to track it with your local Post Office.
