Two adhesive tapes each side 
Waterproof backing unless stated
Soft to the skin and adjustable to size of the Little 
Large can be worn over the top of  Medium for extra protection by making a cut in the crotch of the Medium diaper so that some urine runs into the Large one as an overflow. 
Best to wear under plastic pants for extra peace of mind.
